Almond Sour Cream Cake
|1 1/4 cupx||sugar|
|1 cup||sour cream|
|12 oz. can||almond filling|
|2 cups||sifted flour|
|3 tsp.||baking powder|
|1/2 tsp.||baking soda|
|1 1/2 tsp.||cinnamon|
Beat butter 'til light and fluffy.
Add sugar and continue beating.
Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each addition.
Add sour cream and vanilla.
Add filling and mix well.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Add to creamed mixture and mix only until blended.
Pour into greased 10 inch tube pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Cool 1 hour in pan without inverting, then remove from pan.
Cool completely and dust with confectioners' sugar.
