Cherry-O-Cheese Cake
1 cup | corn flake crumbs |
2 T. | sugar |
1/3 cup | butter, melted |
Combine and mix well.
Press firmly, evenly on bottom and sides of 9" pie plate.
Chill.
1 8 oz. package | cream cheese |
1 1/3 cup (15 oz.) | condensed milk |
1/3 cup | lemon juice |
1 tsp. | vanilla |
Let cheese stand at room temperature 'till soft.
Beat 'till fluffy.
Gradually add condensed milk, stirring 'till well mixed.
Add lemon juice, vanilla, stir 'till well mixed.
Turn into prepared crust.
Chill 2 to 3 hours (don't freeze).
Garnish with cherry topping or as desired.
