Brown meat with seasoning. Pour off drippings. Combine meat, tomato paste, barbeque sauce, and water. Put in 2 quart baking dish; keep hot 'til topping is mixed. Empty mix into bowl and add egg and milk. Blend only until mix is moistened and spread over hot mixture. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake 30 minutes in 400° oven.
