No Knead Parmesan Bread
1/2 cup | water |
1/2 cup | milk |
2 pkg. | active dry yeast |
3 cups | flour |
2 T. | sugar |
1 tsp. | salt |
2/3 cup | margarine |
1 cup | parmesan cheese |
2 T. | chopped parsley |
1/4 cup | barbeque sauce |
2 | eggs |
Grease 12 cup bundt pan.
In a small saucepan heat water and milk until warm (105°-115°).
Add yeast; stir to dissolve.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and butter.
Mix at slow speed until crumbly.
By hand, stir in yeast mixture and remaining ingredients.
Blend well.
Spoon into prepared pan.
Let rise in warm area until light and doubled in size, 40 to 60 minutes.
Bake at 350° for 30 or 40 minutes until deep golden brown.
Remove immediatly from pan.
Put butter on top, if you wish.
