Sour Cream Coffee Cake
| 3/4 cup | butter |
| 1 1/2 cups | sugar |
| 3 | eggs |
| 2 tsp. | vanilla |
| 3 cups | flour |
| 1/4 tsp. | salt |
| 1 1/2 tsp. | baking soda |
| 1 1/2 tsp. | baking powder |
| 1 pint | sour cream |
Mix butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
| 3/4 cup | brown sugar |
| 1 cup | chopped nuts |
| 2 tsp. | cinnamon |
Separately mix together the above ingredients.
Pour 1/3 batter into angel food tube pan, add 1/3 filling, and repeat, ending with filling.
Bake 1 hour at 350°.
| 1 cup | confectioners sugar |
| 2 T. | milk |
Mix and ice cake when almost cool.
