Heat oven to 375°. Measure ingredients into large mixer bowl. Mix on low speed until beaters gather dough together, about 2 minutes. Gather dough into a ball.

Roll dough to 1/8" thick on a floured surface. Cut with 2" cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet; sprinkle with sugar. Bake 4 to 6 minutes or until light brown.
